Does anyone know of any modern adaptations of Diamonds and Toads? (It is also called The Fairy in some versions of the original tale.) It's the one with the sisters who are sent to the well, and the first one helps the fairy and is blessed to have jewels and flowers fall from her lips as she speaks, and the second sister is sent to the well in ( Read more... )

This is REALLY vague, but does anyone remember a fairy tale that involved sisters, a fountain, and having diamonds coming out of one girl's mouth when she spoke? I think rocks (or something) came out of some other girls' mouths. I loved this story growing up. Any input is appreciated. :-(
